Hotel Dagmar Ribe has two onsite dining venues. Restaurant Dagmar focuses on fine dining with an emphasis on quality steaks. In the cellar restaurant Vægterkælderen, steak specialties are the main draw. During summer, guests eat outside on the cobblestone terrace overlooking Torvet square.
